I know it is not a knock off because I bought it from a reputable place (footlocker) and they are not known for selling knock offs.

A good portion of everything those stores sells in a counterfeit. You would be surprised the amount of counterfeit stuff the Chinese can sneak into our stores.
The US Government was somehow bought millions of dollars worth of micro chips to put in missiles that were counterfeit. Something like 10% of the toys you buy for your kids are counterfeit. 1/3 of every pack of cigarettes sold in the USA are counterfeits from China!

I thought the same thing, what exactly is he trying to find out? Obviously if he bought it from footlocker it was mass produced and not rare. Somebody already said they had the same one. Nike has made thousands of different styles of hats over the years, its not surprising they can't confirm production of this hat, or just don't want to spend the time to do it more than likely.
And who still has all the tags and stickers for a hat bought 10 years ago? Thats weird!

only reason i can figure that he took so many pictures and wants all the info is because he wants to know hat to ask for it on ebay.
and yes it was prob a counterfeit. do you think the guys selling tshirts on the streets outside of the stadium buy direct from nike? hell no they're printing them out of their garage throwing some tags printed on their inkjet.

The reason why I am asking about this hat is because I owned it 10 years ago and have not been able to find it until recently. I couldn't find this hat (until I purchased the one above from ebay) until now and I was just wondering if someone else has seen it and why they are so damn hard to find!
