It's Romney - Paul Ryan

  • I worry about a 42 year old guy who has been in Congress since 1998. He has sided with his party's vote 93% of the time.

I believe he is bright, but tainted by partisan politics (the true problem with all politicians).

I'm not voting D or R...95% of them all suck.

  • Oh, come on, Bob !

The Republicans were CORRECT 93% of the time.

I hate to say it, but if Obamao gets in for another four years...

millions of former Obamao supporters will be in dispair just as everybody else.

And it will be nearly too late to fix our country.

It's happened in many other countries throughout history.....

I've said it many many times....Obama isn't the answer, I agree on that.

I'm holding my breath as the 2 major parties, that have our COUNTRY'S responsibility in their hand, run it into the ground for their PARTY'S special interest as priority #1.

I don't think it's too late to fix our ills, but partisan politics will not get it done.

  • "Partisan". The entire formerly Democratic currently marxist/leninist/communist party is that.

All liberals are that. Most conservatives are that. but we have never had a "president" be heartily endorsed

by the communist party/socialist party, perverted somebeeches party/the leeches party before.

Not even the second most dirtiest, dangerous president in our history was supported by those traitors.

But Obamao is #1 worst, most dangerous tyrant/fascist in our entire history.

  • I'm somewhat surprised, I thought it was Rubio all along.

The democrats will hate who ever it is with the fury of hell so there's no point in trying to appease them.

And I just spoke with a friend who for some reason I believes the Ryan plan is a tax increase.

    huh?

Un fortunately this election will probably be Free s*** versus responsibility.

I smell four more years drifting toward the iceberg.

  • This is a good pick for Romney, I can hardly WAIT for the vice presidential debates....

reality will bite if it means paying more in taxes, but will be necessary and doable if it is MET with responsible representation. Along with that major reform, eliminate govt. depts (GASP)

painful? yes.. but added jobs from an expanding domestic energy policy alone can fix alot of problems.... Will all this happen? dont know... but thats just hope and change talking!

Agree with Balpeen, Wisconsin will be off the table for Obumma -- can only hope Minny would follow.... too much fraud here though ๐Ÿ™

  • To address Bob's point, the left or right isn't going to fix the economy. But the free market will. Ryan's budget allows the free market to resue Medicare from debt. Every economic decision Obama has ever made increased government's involved in business.

You can bet the Obama campaign is trying like hell to dig up any dirt they can find on him. I think this ticket is much stronger then the McCain/what's her name ticket was in 2008. It's going to boil down to Ohio/Fl/and PA I think.

  • I honestly don't know much about the guy, but from the little I've read, he seems to be a good choice.

    Heโ€™s from a swing district.

Ryanโ€™s congressional district in southern Wisconsin voted for Clinton, Dukakis and Obama โ€“ 51% to McCainโ€™s 47% in 2008. But Ryan usually wins by large margins โ€“ he took 68% of the vote in 2008. The districtโ€™s economy is recovering from the Great Recession as more wealthy citizens from Chicago and Milwaukee cities flock to its picturesque lake shores and gentrified urban areas where lofts and art studios have replaced factories. It remains the home of S.C. Johnson and other a few other big manufacturers. Its median income is $56,833 a year and it is 82% white.

Looks like he can pull votes away from Obama. On the other hand, he's also a climate change denier, so that's going to steer some of those aforementioned votes away from him. Either way, this is a MUCH better ticket than the GOP put forward in 08.

Yep. Too many people have decided they want the government cheese.

  • They stupidly demand their "Obamao money" and they don't even know where it comes from, even though it is far, far into the red.

    Now THAT is tragically stupid.

  • What the hell, nobody has anything on the ex wife, really? So who really cares about his politics, I mean he was bull frogging this:
