Time for the offended party to grow a pair.

Why waste the courts time with this facetious chicken shit type of charge?

If a woman superior is offering to perform oral sex on her subordinates, that is not a professional environment. I think we need our law enforcement officials to be professional. Is this a trumped up bullshit claim of discrimination? Probably but if those allegations about any lewd behaviour turn out to be true, she's got to go. There's a reason fraternization is not allowed in the military.

  • So if one of us guys told another " blow me" I would not think that would or should be a prosecutable offense.

We have been conditioned to be overly sensitive and politically correct.

The proper response to that statement would have been shut the f*** up.

  • There's a difference between "blow me!" And "hey ill blow you!"

    There could be.

We don't know the context nor whether or not it was a serious offer or a joke.

I'd guess that it was a joke.

Personally, I'm just not a big fan of hyperventalating over something like this.

  • There's a big difference because of the gender issue. The instances of interoffice harassment and inappropriate sex is much less between same sex boss/subordinate than between a man and woman. Women are traditionally not combat troops not because they can't shoot but because it causes unnecessary sexual tension in the troops. Many women will tell you you can't joke around sexually with guys because there will always be someone too stupid to know the difference between jokes and reality. To just assume everybody gets the joke and thinks its hilarious is dangerously wrong. There's a lot of people that would take that as the woman wants to blow them and it will get inappropriate fast. It's already inappropriate. They're law enforcement officials.

Let's put it this way: is it inappropriate for a male boss to tell his secretary to blow him? I think it is.

I'm not hyperventilating, I could care less it doesn't affect me in any way. I'm just giving my opinion that work, whatever you do, should be professional. Save the unprofessional stuff for internet forums.

Not you bud, the guys that are complaining about it.

I figure you'll have some locker room talk in any of these military or similar situations.

Combine the sexes add a dash of PC....

What would you bet that lawsuits follow?
