The Browns made nine roster moves, the team announced Sunday morning.
The Cleveland Browns waived the following players, the team announced today:
Player Pos.
JoJo Dickson
LBBert Reed
WROwen Spencer
WRThe roster is currently at 80 players.

Both guys are practice squad eligible (hell Favre is too if he un-retired) but you can't not sign people to the practice squad until after final cuts and those guys still have the option to sign with other teams on their 53 man rosters. The fact that these guys were in the first round of roster cuts means that more than likely they won't be making the practice squad. Instead Shurmer will be picking people that he cuts from the 75 man roster that will be finalized next week and one or two people that were cut from other teams.
Also don't forget that one or two players might be cut during final roster cuts that might help the team (LB DT OL Ect) and more players than expected may be cut to make room for them.
