Looked like a BIG FAT DUMP today. I don't want to hear about injuries, suspensions, etc. no excuses! They couldn't step up one time down the stretch to give the offense a chance to tie or take the lead. Something has to be done about our shitty asz DB's because they all sucked big time!

Talk about a complete difference between last week and this week. This team can NEVER put other sides of the ball on the positive side!

Agreed. Our D has been awful since 1999. Last week and today was a great illustration. Vick handed us game 1 and we didn't take it. We should be 2-0. I'm ashamed of our D.

Our D has looked great other than our CB's today, which is to be expected when your too starters are out.

The D-line did a great job against the run today, DQ had another int. Front 7 looked as legit this week as they did last week. Once Haden and Brown are back were a top 10 defense, nothing to be ashamed about.

our D is the least of our worries....TILL TODAY!!

hey man, how can we be called so bad when a team, from our own conference, who is better on paper than us beat us by just a TD?

our Ol stepped up. our rookie RB and QB played great. and to whoever said massaquoi is not a good receiver....well take that jack.

i'm the numero uno pessimist 'thesky is falling freak'. yet even though we lost the last 2 weeks, i see good things in the future.

weeden didn't turn the ball over, he didn't toss up jump ball interceptions and the OL actually pulled (pun intended) a couple of plays together to put TR to a 100 yd. mark.

if they can do this all year long and win 4 games ...at least we'll see improvement.

I just don't understand, for the life of me, how a corner lines up in the neutral zone. Twice.

Week 1 vs Philly... 309 yds passing + 150 yds rushing

Week 2 vs Cinci.... 295 yds passing + 80 yds rushing

So we give up 84 fewer yards, but go from "great" to "suck city"??? 😳

I said it before, I'll say it again...

We were not "great" Week 1... we were opportunistic.

We also were better at keeping the other team out of the end zone.

Well, it isn't what we expected. These are Browns fans, my friend, Collectively we have taken our share of shit, and rightfully, we don't want any more of it. That said, the Browns played two very winable games, and speaking for many, I believe, we don't care who is hurt or missing, we want to win these close ones.

However, the optimism and EXCUSES you are bitching about, is no longer just pipe dreams from some homers.....

The fact is, we put up points, had a lot of positive plays, and if we were whole at teh DB squad, chances are we would have beaten Cinci.

Do we expect mroe than the pundits predeict? Fuck them, we know better. We know that there is a budding group of players here and this isn't the same lackluster bunch as in years recently passed.

I think the team did well, and believe they will keep getting better.

Richardson is special, It was wonderful to see him show his stuff.

We still had a nice pass rush it's good to see consistent pressure by our d-line.

Sheard has been quiet, can't expect much with both corners out.

I was wondering the same thing last night. I remember one play yesterday when he completely owned the RT, but didn't get to Dalton in time.

I've seen some good from Rucker and Rubin and the LBs malikg plays for loss. I wonder if Sheard is getting respect from the OL, freeing others to make plays. I'll be looking at the tape this week.

Our defense is gonna be bad ass real soon. Shurmur said Phil Taylor could be back in a couple weeks, Haden returns for week 6. We add two stars to a already solid D. Its all coming together on offense and defense. Were gonna make a run at the division, will it be to little to late? Will see, Im not giving up yet

Our D gave up 16pts on the road to an authentic Super Bowl contending team. Yes, they could've played better on the last series and gotten the ball back quicker, but damn, that unit is the LEAST of our problems.
