Weeden Needs To Get Out Of The Pocket Sometimes

Is anyone working with him on this. Imagine him like ben getting out of the pocket to see the field more clearly and to give him more time to use his strong arm. May be good for him. Because as it stands now the guy stands there like a statue. It's detrimental to the offense.
At least give it a try is all I'm saying. Work on it.
