    We went 7-5-2 in 1973 with Phipps. Did you convert that to 8-6?

    I forgot how sad we were in 1990. We got blown out big time in many games. I'm lucky I repressed that. 1974 & 75 were real downer years as well.

    No, honesty, I just left all the ties out. I would have merely said it was 7-5.

    The reason I did that was to not give a clue to the time that those records were earned. A QB with several ties on his record would have told you that he played prior to the OT rules came into effect in the mid-70s.
