How silly are we.... i see lots of post of improvement and a bright future, uhhh what the fuck are u guys smoking right now all i seen is 4-12 5-11 5-11 and a 0-4 start with what looks like another 4-12 season incoming and a firing of the headcoach and others this offseason.

It looks like the same pile of dog shit the last few years we ate, the same close games, the same scores and records shits on rotation in my memory and groundhog day is errrrrday. I ain't fucking happy with the product as a whole, i love the Browns but damn men how much is too much?

Did anyone know the Cleveland Browns have 5 total headcoaches filling roles here in some capacity.... FIVE Headcoach level people here and this is the product on the field, come the fuck on i'm just saying THANK GOD WE ARE GONNA GET MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN OHIO NOVEMBER 6TH PASSED Cuz im gonna need a lifetime fucking scrip, just gonna tell the doctor im a browns fan and wala im hooked up 4life.

In Cleveland failure is an artform.

So you think that this team is better or worse than last years team? if you say worse, because of record, you are OUT of your mind. Eric Mangini said something when he was the head coach here, that blew my mind. He said its possible that you played better football, and had a worse record.

i did not get it then, but i completely get it now.

All you have to do is compare schedules to understand why we are struggling this season.

The first four games, every single team we have played, has one loss. they have a combined 9-4 record.

last year, we opened with the bengals, (9-7 and playoff team)

the colts first pick in the draft,

the dolphins 8th pick in the draft

      and tennessee, who finished 9-7

only one team out of our first six games made the playoffs last year, and that was the cincy bengals.

we also last year had more of a veteran team. we had chris gocong on defense at lb, we had colt mccoy, we had peyton hillis. had tony pashos.

Now you are expecting to win, with our schedule being the 3rd hardest going into the season and looking to be every bit as tough and having 9 drafted rookies and 6 UDFA make the team, that this team was going to be better?

I understand it is frustrating. But you have to look at his from a really distant mindset.

Jimmy Haslam is going to bring in something we havent had since the browns came back. An owner who gives a crap, and already is surrounding himself with people who know how to build a franchise from the ground up in Joe Banner.

A lot of the pieces that are here right now, will be a part of that future.

Joe Thomas, Brandon Weeden, TRich, Jordan Cameron, Sheard, Taylor, Robertson, Ward, Haden, Mack, Rubin, Billy Winn schwartz.

And all of the second and first year players are gaining a crap ton of experience this year.

With all of the uncertainty dropped on the players with the ownership change, people were expecting some miracle that just wasnt the reality of the situation. I predicted 3 wins at the beginning of the season. And thats fine with me. Youth does not get served at the NFL level. But we are coming. And finally, when we do get there this time, it looks like we are going to stay a while, not have the flash in the pan seasons like 2002 and 2007. this thing is built for the long haul.

Those are good points, but overall Represent nailed it. Cleveland fans have lowered their standard to the level of play that we are seeing. What a bummer.

I disagree. It's about seeing young talent and fewer positions that need upgrading (other than experience). On Defence, we've got a solid d-line, may have found two new outside linebackers (we weren't expecting that!). We need another CB and S and this could become quite a strong unit. The O has added a talented QB and HB and RT and TE. We need a better FB and maybe a better RG. WR are our clear weakness and think a FA is our answer next season. We also need some depth with regards to our back-ups at some positions.

Yes, we need a new HC. But next year I think we'll see better execution due to better coaching, play calling and execution (experience).

            Go Browns!

And sometime this season, Weeden has a breakout game and we never look back. It's coming soon! I expect Richardson to also have a breakouot game.

              Answers.

Mav is the Team worse? Yes and Pat Shurmur is the sole focus of why that is, the play calling is horrid the execution of the plays are horrid its just fucking pretty bad.

Ghoolie exactly linear improvement bullshit, you got wins or you got losses.
