LMAO. Hey, put pantyhose on him and have him tuck his wiener between his legs. It will look pretty close.
HAHA i wish!! I can deal with a ugly QB as long as the next head coach is hot. We need someone like Sean Petyon looks wise. Even Mike Tomlin is good looking blackman. And the Harbaugh brothers are dreamy! Imagine being the meat in their sandwhich

Heckert is a total joke, he is a guy who takes questionable picks in hopes they will pan out so people will say "WOW, that Heckert guy is really smart, he seen it when no one else did".
He has a proven track record of drafting injury prone players who wind up spending more time on the IR than on the god damn field.
For every 5 or 6 "developmental" players he drafts maybe one pans out.
This guy has drafted busts like Hardesty,Marisuck,Ward,Sheard,Lavauo,Cameron... who will never amount to shit.
He has passed on guys like Jimmy Graham,Rob Gronkowski,Aaron Hernandez,Gino Atkins,Navarro Bowman,Daryl Washington,Julio Jones,Aldon Smith,JJ Watt, the list goes on and on.
Heckert took over a team that had absolutely no talent and stripped it down even more to bare minimum and drafted starters for us who would not start on any other team in the NFL.
How you people give him credit for that is beyond me, he is not a good GM.
Heckert has not drafted one all-pro / pro bowler for the Browns and none of his picks(outside maybe Haden which he gets no credit for since it was top10) will ever be all-pro.
The proof is in the pudding.
This team has 3 years of Heckerts draft classes and we are 1-6, still waiting for next year....these guys need time right?

First off Hardesty has been showing major improvement lately, if Shurmer would just run the ball more.
Second of all not every pick is going to be a good one.
Third, can i borrow your crystal ball, I need to play the lotto this week.
Fourth and final, who pissed in YOUR wheaties this morning...? lol

Please tell me after three years in the league and one game for 56 yards you are not defending the drafing of Hardesty.
That is like a woman who repeatedly gets her ass beat by her husband and he buys some flowers and becomes the greatest guy in the world.
A 2nd round pick with a history of injury that we traded our 2nd and 3rd for.
I'm not the one who needs a crystal ball, I don't get paid millions of dollars to draft players.

we're 1-6 and really, we havent exactly played a murderers row....
13 points is going to lose games in the nfl about 85% of the time. At least that's what the stats say. Also, that was 13 pts against a *bad* defense.
Weeden is not progressing any. Still no pocket presence. Still not very accurate on small window throws. If he were 22 I would be skeptical he has any future....at his current age I'm much worse than skeptical.
Almost none of our young players are players whose ceilings would project them to be plus players.
At qb, no...benching weeden(although he is sorta a common punch line/laughing stock) wouldnt do any good since colt is not any good either.

You have to be kidding me. Weeden looked great out there. He has outstanding pocket presence. You must be watching an alternate game or something.

All that i'm going by is what i've seen from him this year which is hitting the hole hard for an avg of 4-6 yds per carry. I would have to say that the drafting and prescense of Richardson has made him remember what his role was supposed to be. Yes he has a history of injury and unfortunately we have seen it, but anyone who is willing to put in the time to get better and actually DOES get better is a guy that I want on my team. So what you're saying is that you are discounting any hope that the kid can learn?
I for one really don't care much about WHEN any of these players were drafted. What I care about is the results I see on the field. This team is being held back by coaching much more than by being talentless. Are you going to sit there and tell me that the Patriots won 3 superbowls by having a bunch of superstar divas on the team?? Speaking of the Patriots the thing that stands out to me the most is Belichek. When do you hear anything about any other coach, GM, President or anyone else other than the owner???? That is a team with one solid direction with a coach in complete control.

I dunno if I'm past my hating Weeden phase, but I definitely see improvement. Anyone watching the game has
