Documents Back Up Claims of Requests for Greater Security in Benghazi
-
the legacy of Obamas administration "MIS handling" of intellegence leaks...
the total disregard of our military officials and the hard work they perform for our national security.....
PISSED away by a FAST and LOOSE policy of political gain.... SHAME!
One cannot help but wonder if this attitude has any bearing on the administrations current handling of the Bengahzi consulate terrorist plot...?

while we are getting "bloodlust" claims of the GOP by Geraldo Rivera - It seems there are credible reporters still engaged with asking the tough questions.
By Jake Tapper ABC News..... President Obama Begs Off Answering Whether Americans in Benghazi Were Denied Requests for Help

DR: I cannot imagine a president of the United States, when he knows that our people and our embassy and our flag are under attack, that they would not devote their full attention to that, and stay in close contact. The fact that he went off to Las Vegas, Nevada for a political event, it seems to me to be an enormous misunderstanding of what the priorities were. Iβve, thereβs no question but that he was aware

CBS News has learned that during the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Mission in Benghazi, the Obama Administration did not convene its top interagency counterterrorism resource: the Counterterrorism Security Group, (CSG).
"They were not allowed to do their job. They were not called upon."
The Administration also didn't call on the only interagency, on-call, short notice team poised to respond to terrorist incidents worldwide: the Foreign Emergency Support Team (FEST). FEST's seasoned experts leave within four hours of notification and can provide "the fastest assistance possible."

Obama was too busy apologizing for the Youtube video. Guy really is stupid for someone who went to Harvard.

The FBI, though, meanwhile, is finally on the ground in Tunisia, thanks to two Republican United States senators. President Obama didn't make it happen. It was Republican senators Saxby and -- Chambliss and Senator Lindsey Graham who did it. And they both did it in two days. So the good news, tonight the FBI is in Tunisia to finally question in person the Tunisian man caught on video at the Benghazi consulate during the terror attack.
GRAHAM: Well, I wrote a letter three days -- two days ago to the ambassador, U.S. ambassador, Tunisian ambassador to the United States, saying that this is a defining moment in our relationship. I'm the ranking Republican on the foreign aid appropriations subcommittee, so I know Tunisia well. I know the prime minister. And within two days, we were able to get the FBI on the ground.

paralysis by analysis but it is still important!
The new report shows that a Foreign Emergency Support Team or FEST team was prepared to assist in defending the consulate at Benghazi, but was ordered to stand down.
So FEST Foreign Emergency Support Team was left out of the loop! Told to stand down....
while administration claims to have never used them..... according to CBS.
the question still is, why the coverup? Was it a gun running op to the Syrian rebels? Please Mr. President, can you not answer this?

OBAMA ORDERED "STAND DOWN"

CBS news Steve Kroft of 60 minutes, must have graduated from Dan Rather's school of selective journalism....

Obama :"The day after the attack, Governor, I stood in the Rose Garden, and I told the American people and the world that we are going to find out exactly what happened, that this was an act of terror... And the suggestion that anybody in my team, whether the secretary of state, our U.N. ambassador, anybody on my team would play politics or mislead when we've lost four of our own, Governor, is offensive. That's not what we do. That's not what I do as president. That's not what I do as commander in chief."
ROMNEY: I want to make sure we get that for the record, because it took the president 14 days before he called the attack in Benghazi an act of terror.
Thanks to the Governor for "getting this on the record" And now it seems CBS news agrees too!. Adding this question (left out of the originally aired 60 minutes interview)
KROFT: Mr. President, this morning you went out of your way to avoid the use of the word terrorism in connection with the Libya Attack, do you believe that this was a terrorism attack?
OBAMA: Well it's too early to tell exactly how this came about, what group was involved, but obviously it was an attack on Americans. And we are going to be working with the Libyan government to make sure that we bring these folks to justice, one way or the other.
