  • They're not completely reliable, but here's the scoop if you guys want it:

    It's Obama, but it's still close. Ohio by one point. Another one has him up three. Tied in VA and CO. Minus one in Florida and NC. Romney people don't like that NC number - think it's a bad omen. He should be winning by more there.

    Pennsylvania and Nevada are strong Obama. NH +2 as well.

    For what it's worth. Next batch comes in 30 minutes.

    Fox is showing Kentucky and Indiana as reporting and Romney winning those so far and is ahead in the popular vote.

    CO, NC, VA: tied.

    FL +1 Romney

    Obama

    Iowa +2, MN +2, NH +2, NV

    +6 OH +3, WI +4, PA +3

    Weren't news organizations going to refrain from calling a state until the pool's closed nationwide?

  • I'm not watching the news so I don't know what they're doing, but no, I don't think they agreed to do that. Some states are easy to call.

  • Maybe they just agreed to wait until state polls closed to call them.

  • I just think they've learned (hopefully) to wait until they absolutely know they can call a state and not try to be first, then end up being wrong.

    I'm not even tuning in until later tonight. They're not going to know anything for a while.

  • If anyone is doing their math from 4 years ago it came down to Cleveland to decide which way the state went.
