Browns Players Want New Uni's

Change 'em... fuck it. Let the "tradition" die, and the new era of the Browns begin. Change the helmets, jerseys, pants, shoes, jockstraps, I don't give a shit. Change is good. The uniforms we wear now reek with bottom-feeding, softness, and failure. Anything to make a spark is okay with me.
Plus, a few more good players and a new HC would be helpful... just sayin'

The UNCC 49ers held a uniform design contest. With Jimmy Haslam here now being more "market oriented" perhaps he will get Reebok, Nike, Champion, Lord and Taylor, Ralph Lauren, Gucci, and Lamborghini to do a uniform design.

I don't want some bullshit half-bastard upgrade that still looks like the old uniforms. The new uniform should have a helmet emblem and rich, bold colors. I love the high tech, robotic look. It would be cool with a "B" emblem or even, a Sci Fi mean ass looking elf.
Whatever they do, it needs to be a radical departure form the horseshit they have had for the last 30 years.

fun totally unrelated fact: I just graduated from UNC Charlotte and my buddy had the winning design for the 49ers uniforms. He got $250 and season tickets for his troubles, pretty cool stuff. I can't wait for my alma mater to get into some football.
Anyway, as a young guy i have to admit I think it's time for a change. No, I'm not talking about some drastic thing here but more metallic oranges and vibrant browns. It would inject life into things that's for sure.

That said, around 1-2 years ago someone put a sick looking uniform mockup on here:

Anyway, Jimmy Haslem is a self-made premiere business mogul, not someone who inherited his dad's team. This means marketing is a paramount concern for him, which means new uniforms. We all need to realize that the question is what the new uniforms will look like and not whether there will be new uniforms. I think Bronze and Copper orange is a good way to go.

No artist or access to graphic design program, but: metallic copper/orange helmets, no logo, current stripe pattern. Brown pants, white jerseys. Orange piping stripes from chest to armpit and down to belt; same on back. Brown numbers outlined with white (interior and orange (exterior) borders. Reverse pants (white) and jersey (brown) colors for home.

Yeah- "change the unis" threads are Gay. ROTFLMAO, how do you think the Steelers felt trotting out in the "Prison Stripes" outfits? That has to be the most hideous garb I've ever seen on a team at any level of football.
Amen, winning cures all this BS talk about updating the look. You guys think the Packers or Bears unis- which also haven't been updated in like forever are somehow inherently "cooler" than the Browns? Really? If the Browns won a Super Bowl the uni update guys wouldn't care if they were wearing Fusia leotards.

I agree winning cures alot, but I am not against some uni change. Just leave the helmet intact, and Haslam has said the helmet won't change.
I never liked the brown pants, but like the orange, and wouldn't mind a orange jersey.
