Josh Gordon Needs To Be Used Better

Looking at some Stats for our WR's, found it very interesting to notice Gordon only has Catch % rate of 48% up until now, with stats showing he doesnt have anymore than 3 drops accounted against him, this to me is showing Weeden and Shurmurs play calling is not getting him the ball in a position where he has a chance to catch it. because what i have seen so far from him, he has got great hands and catches pretty much most things given a chance. he certain wouldnt have been in my thoughts as guy only having caught less that half the passes targeted to him.

Agree 100%. He is used as the deep threat. He is on the field plenty. I will say though that he has shown some toughness after the catch so I would like to see him used more on the shorter routes. He has shown good hands.

Amen. youd think our coaches were trying to wear this guy out in a losing season getting pounded up the middle for a yard or two...
