Week 16: Browns @ Broncos

Sheldon Brown just getting victimized whoever he is guarding. Honestly he's not even playing terrible defense but obviously just a half step behind the game pace.

we need a pass rush. Manning has all day to throw. We need a stud DE or pass rushing OLB in the first round of the draft..

They aren't going to be able to cover their wideouts one on one. They need to drop into a zone and blitz 5 or 6 on every play and hope they pop Manning a few times hard. They are getting zero pressure with the 4 man right now and he is one step dropping the bump coverage.

Trust me I'm not disagreeing with that one. Refs need to do their job on that one, that was so obvious incomplete when it happened.
Little with a drop..

That's what I was thinking, but I don't even think Cribbs needed that block in the first place..

Gotta love when someone who was having a slow first half like Young makes a huge play for us

Another thing ill never understand watching Manning. He'll be in shotgun yelling out his normal BS, his whole line is set and ready, then he'll walk up behind center and his ENTIRE line will turn around and talk to him, (just watched his guard stand and turn at the waste after he had a hand down on the ground) then reset and run the play. I know the NFL is loose when it comes to that kinda thing (center will roll the ball around, point look up and point) but what's the definition in the nfl of a set line? (I'm sure they have an * footnote for Manning)

Trent Richardson is making some really solid runs today and Weeden is really slinging the ball in there. It's nice to see against a pretty solid defense.

We're just totally outmatched. It sucks but it is what it is, that's what Manning does to you when he gets that kind of time. I don't see anyone beating Denver this year outside of the patriots.
