Please Hire Mike McCoy. Not only does he make the most of the talent he has, the Broncos were looking at drafting Weeden had they not signed Peyton Manning. He (and John Fox) took Tim Teabag to the playoffs for heaven's sake.

Jack Del Rio and John Fox took Tebow to the playoffs lol. The good thing about McCoy is he got a year learning Peyton Mannings offense under his belt.
