Paul McDonald started the playoff game vs. The LA Raiders in the strike-shortened year in 1982. I remember watching it.
Are you sure about #8? Maybe I have the wrong year, but we had disaster after Couch got knocked out.

Upon double checking, I think you are right. McDonald did start that 1982 game, but in 2000, yes, Couch, Pederson and Wynn all started games...but they are the only 2. Not sure where you got KJ as a starting QB. (maybe he came in a game and played some "WildDawg" type plays, but he never started. But, there was a year, later, where the QB mess was even worse.

Here is some trivia on various aspects of Browns history:
Answers:
1. There have been 6 majority individual owners of the Cleveland Browns in history, name all 6.
(and no, the IRS isn't one...yet)
Mickey McBride, David Jones, Art Modell, Al Lerner, Randy Lerner, Jimmy Haslam
2. Why is "The National Insurance Co." significant in Browns history?
When Art Modell purchased the Browns, it actually was NOT Modell who initially owned "title" to the Browns, but it was the National Insurance Co.
The National Insurance Co. owned the largest stake in the Browns, but not a majority... only about 30%. And Modell owned the largest share of the National Insurance Co., but not a majority....again, he owned maybe 30%. So...in reality when Art Modell first owned and controlled the Browns he really only personally owned about 9-10%. But that still gave him control, even though the likes of Bob Gries and Paul Brown personally owned an actually larger percentage than Modell did.
Eventually, through buyouts and assignments...and via a newly implemented rule that prohibited corporate ownership of NFL teams (excepting the Packers), Modell did end up owning 53% of the team.
But, in reality, in the beginning Modell owned and ran the team on a shoestring.
3. While Paul Brown coached the Browns, he was a minority owner of them. What percentage did he own?
Twelve percent (12%). This may have also been a major source of contention in the firing of Paul Brown. He knew the fact that he personally may have owned a greater percentage of the Browns than Modell personally did, yet, though Modell's control of the biggest shareholder, Modell had control and was PBs boss and could fire him.
4. Including interim HCs how many Head Coaches have the Browns had in their history? (a number is sufficient)
The total number is 17, which includes the likes of Shofner and Robiskie....interim guys. This includes Chud.
5. Name the only Quarterbacks who have ever started a game for the Cleveland Browns who wore the number 3?
Brandon Weeden and Derek Anderson
6. Name the only Quarterbacks who have ever started a game for the Cleveland Browns who wore the number 13.
Frank Ryan and Spergeon Wynn
7. When was the last season that the Browns had just one Quarterback start every game for them in that year?
2001 when Tim Couch started all 16 games.
8. In Browns history, twice they have had 4 different Quarterbacks start a game for them in a season.
Name those years (and the QBs if you can)
1988 with Bernie Kosar, Mike Pagel, Gary Danielson, and Don Strock
2008 with Derek Anderson, Brady Quinn, Ken Dorsey, and Bruce Gradkowski
9. IF the Browns take Dee Milliner CB Alabama in the first round, that will be the fourth time they have taken a player from Alabama.
Name the other 3 players from Bama they have taken in the first round.
Ozzie Newsome, Antonio Langham and Trent Richardson
10. In which season did the Browns trade down 3 times in the first round?
2009
The Browns traded down from #5 with the Jets who selected QBMark Sanchez
Then they traded down from from #17 with Tampa who took QB Josh Freeman
Then they trade down from #19 with Philly who took WR Jeremy Maclin
Finally, at #21 they took Center Alex Mack
11. What does the following list represent: Ted Connolly, Bob Babich, Tom Cousineau, Bernie Kosar, Lawyer Tillman, Brady Quinn.
These are the names of players for whom the Browns traded their first round pick for...or who they drafted with first round picks they traded for leaving them with no first round pick that year.
E.g. recall that the Browns traded their first round pick in 1983 for the rights to Tom Cousineau.....and remember that the Bills used that pick to select QB Jim Kelly.
12. In their history the Browns have had 11 Quarterbacks start a postseason game for them. Name all 11 QBs.
Well, let's correct this and admit that there were 12 QBs that have started post season games for the Browns...as I had not counted Paul McDonald's appearance in the strike shortened 1982 playoffs. Here is the list with their post season record:
Otto Graham 10-3
Tommy O'Connell 0-1
Milt Plum 0-1
Frank Ryan 1-2
Bill Nelsen 2-3
Mike Phipps 0-1
Brian Sipe 0-1
Paul McDonald 0-1
Bernie Kosar 3-4
Don Strock 0-1
Vinny Testaverde 1-1
Kelly Holcomb 0-1
