Cliff Lewis who started 9 games for the Browns in AAFC years. In fact, it was he and not Otto Graham that started the first few games in Browns franchise history. He became the Yankees VP of Finance and Administration in the 70s.

2. What former Browns QB was charge with attempted murder and welfare fraud?

Doctor David Mays. Charges of the attempted murder of a dental partner of his were dropped, but he was convicted of welfare fraud....apparent overcharging the government for work he did or charging them for work he didn't do...for welfare patients.

He has cleaned up his act and is now heavily involved in community service.

3. Which former Browns QB played an integral role in developing the first electronic voting system for the US House of Representatives?

Creating Congress's eletronic voting system is just one of may accomplishments of Dr. Frank Ryan.

He was a tenured professor of math at Rice and a ton more.

The Browns may be the only team perhaps to have had 2 former QBs become "Doctors or receive Doctorates.

4. Which former Browns QB became the Sheriff of Campbell Co. KY, but who, while campaigning for that job was surrepticiously drugged and put in a bed with a stripper?

George Ratterman, who started 5 games for the Browns. He won the election in Campbell Co. which includes the likes of Newport and Covington...just over the river from Cincinnati. And apparently while in office he made life hell for the crime operations that ran gambling/prostution/drugs. They should have never drugged him and set him up with that stripper.

Len Dawson, who started one game with the Browns. I don't know if being cut by the Browns then leading the Chiefs to and AFL title and the Super Bowl title is indicative of whether or not he has some mystical/magical powers...but he obviously did pretty well, and had a long, successful broadcasting career after football. He's the one.

Wow? Gary Lane I remember him. He started a game in 1967 against the Eagles for Frank Ryan. The Browns rested Ryan for the playoffs. The Browns lost 52-14 to Dallas in the playoffs.
