4. No, I'd give it to Banner to use to pay off Lombardi so he goes away. Browns wasted their Cap SPACE so that's the kind of space I would focus on.

Yes, it didn't happen in one offseason, but we now sport a young talented team with no starters over 29 and the Ravens have lost a lot talent and the Steelers have gotten old.
But the biggest difference for the Browns is going to be the innovation and the professionalism of the new coaching staff.

I have basically already responded to this question positively. Did the Browns have a better draft on paper than the other two? No, but they fared better overall in my opinion.....and the losses suffered by the other teams were far greater than what the Browns suffered. See this thread for more:

Also.....I think I can say that there is a serious flaw in my question....as it is the Bengals, not the Ravens and Steelers who have the best talent in the division.2. ESPN has as the highest rated CBs out there as Quentin Jammer and Sheldon Brown...both pushing 35 years old....so, no to that.
They have as the highest rated S Quentin Mikell who is likee 33 and Gerald Sensabaugh who is only 30 but says he is retiring. I would have to learn more about them to see if there is any interest there.
They have at TE Kellen Winslow and Dallas Clark. I don't know...Clark could be a thought...but almost as a mentor to the young TEs we have....but again, the Browns aren't interested in any older players.
At OG they have Brandon Moore of the Jets as the highest rated UFA at that position...and he is still unsiged. I am not sure why. First off, is he that good? How old is he, I don't know...and is he asking a fortune that no one is willing to give?
So...bottom line...only if perhaps Sensabaugh could be persuaded to return...he would be perhaps the only guy I might have some interest in.

Actually, I think those two do remarkably better than I thought they would in the roles. Simon Pegg is sliding nicely into the Scottie role. I am still not sure about Uhuru and Chekov. The McCoy guy is good.
This latest movie does not have as many: Fuck no, that is Bullshit situations....like blowing up Vulcan, or having Spock having an affair with Uhuru. (Fuck no, those are bullshit).
Though I really like Benedict Cumberbatch in a lot of stuff, I did not think he was quite right for Khan. He was too tall and slim and British.
Khan needed to be shorter, stockier...and Swarthier. Khan is supposed to be a Sikh from Asia, (full name Khan Noonien Singh) not a Limey.
