Von Miller A Fraud?

You keep believing that most of these guys don't take every competitive advantage they can get.
Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of guys who don't juice in the league. They're called backups.
There's no integrity in sports. This isn't the 1950's, where twenty two guys in decent shape push each other around for a couple hours then drive their taxis to the nearest bar and drink themselves into oblivion.
When a tenth of a second is the difference between becoming a millionaire or just another nobody, you can bet that any one of us would be looking for whatever we could find to give us that boost.
I'm tired of seeing guys pull of ridiculous feats, have people praise them for two or three years, then get called a villain when we find out they used PED's.
I mean, come on already. Some of these guys are running 4.5 40's at nearly 300 lbs when, only a decade or so ago, that was completely unheard of. You mean to tell me that you honestly believe strength and conditioning techniques have improved that much in a matter of 10 years? Or that the human body has evolved that much?
If you honestly believe that, go back to reading novels you buy in the grocery store.
Also, I don't understand the gay quip.
the gay quip withstanding, i agree with everything you say.
EXCEPT
the thing i don't agree with is the fact that us as fans will sit by and let it happen without any repercussions.
hey everyone hates the yankees correct (unless you live in NY or are a front runner), so you are telling me that the mass of MLB fans can't wait to see AROD suspended or kicked out of the league altogether?
sure guys will do anything to make the squad, and if you test negative at the time of the test and are a beast everyone will praise you.
BUT let them give you the test in week #8 when you're on a tear and it comes up positive. that's when the average football fan AND journalists will start to turn against these players and questioning their true ability for doing the shit because a) they are hurting their own team because of their suspension or
the rival fans can pile on you and the team saying: "see i knew he was a doper!"then it will change outright. AND IF YOU DON''T SEE THAT IN THE FUTURE OF THIS LEAGUE, THEN YOU ARE BLIND.
btw. WRRebel says to say hi.

What happened to him, anyway?

30 sacks in his first two years in the league. Would be interested to see if this has ever been equaled before in the league?
Jevon Kearse has rookie record of 14.5 set in 1999. Had 12 in 2000.
Aldon Smith had 33.5 his first two years in league. Put him on the PED radar
As far as my opinion of drug usage.....50 mg Adderall per player per game seems like a fair compromise to me. Equal opportunity of
legal drug use would "level the playing field".
Top career sack leaders with totals for 1st two years in league:
B Smith 21.5
R White 31
Green 7
Doleman 6.5
Strahan 5
J Taylor 14
Dent 20.5
LT 7.5

it would be great if playing-field-leveling could be that cut and dry but unfortunately the problem is pretty complex.
varied body chemistrys prevents apples to apples...at least with adderall.
players whose body's wouldn't clinically qualify as needing it would get the more impacting physical performance edge, while those that could benefit from adderalls intended use would merely "focus better".
in other words, those who don't need it get the boost...the others who do just get normal.

same as any drug user. someone who abuses pres drugs for instance needs a certain dosage of the drug just to get normal, they pile it on to get high.
everyone has different tolerance levels. ever see a woman try to drink like a man? it ain't pretty.

mik, you're still on time-out but i see your post in the other's quote...so i'll give you the courtesy of a reply (even though this is a Von Miller thread and currently has nada to do with him).
adderall affecting people differently has absolutely nothing to do with a person taking more than others or tolerances. because we are not all wired the same its totally different for different people, it's purely about body chemistry.
for some folks it makes them focus and doesn't get them high at all, no matter the amount. it takes many folks from a difficult to concentrate ADD or ADHD state to an ability to focus completely like never before--often described as "it's like someone flipped a switch and I finally understand what 'normal' must feel like for others".
for other people it doesn't do that at all, it just gets them off--similarly to a "cocaine-high" effect--giving the user exceptional amounts of seemingly endless energy, or an aphrodisiac state, a euphoria, an ability to accomplish hours and hours of chores/tasks/studying--whatever. kinda like a meth buzz...cuz except for a couple molecules difference, that's exactly what it is.
it has nothing to do with over-use or abuse...the only abuse is taking something meant for someone else and not meant for them. like a mentally well-balanced individual who is not depressed or in need of a mood stabilizer and them taking lithium...or an ssri...or an anti-depressant. it's simply not a fit for them and they don't need it. not at all like how alcohol affects humans, which is relatively similar in essence.
another example would be how hyper peeps take ritalin...someone who isn't gets a completely different effect from it due to their body chemistry...aka they don't need it.

time out from who? you?
i could give a fuck what you think.
glad you got through pre-med though. so the bottom line all drugs including alcohol are about tolerances, albeit through one's chemistry or DNA or line of medical history passed down in your genes from generation to generation.
that's what i said. you just blabbed about it more and made it very uninteresting.
btw fuck the broncos and von miller.
colorado IS a beautiful state though. too bad they got tools like you livin there.
