Is it just me or did anyone else notice how bad the head referee was last night?
He could barely get his words out.He closed his eyes when he mad the calls like
he was waiting for divine intervention. At least twice that I saw he made the holding
signal with with arms and marked off 5 yards for a false start (which was the right
call).Even Donovan after last weeks debacle said he was having a bad night.

It was his first game as Head Referee/crew chief. I am sure his ass-pucker meter was pegged, understandably so.

I actually liked him and felt a little bad for him. He made the right calls just stuttered and worried too much. He will be fine. I'm rooting for him.

I felt bad for him, the officiating was good, but he was just nervous. Here's to hoping he loosens up.

Who cares? The other guys threw the flags. He did his job by explaining what the other ref's called
