I think it would be unconscionable if this guy got anything less than the death penalty. We should actually probably turn him over to the Afghans. We can't afford to go easy on this piece of shit. We would demand justice if the situation were reversed.

as much as I might otherwise agree, would set a dangerous precedent over other alleged incidences.
