Anybody catch the GB/SF Game? Like They're Playing in Another League Than Us

  • Like they're playing another sport than the Browns are. They looked so comfortable, they look like they belong. Looked so fluid, refined, well polished.

    Browns continue to look like a jv team. It's like the offense is afraid to mess up and they put to much pressure on themselves. They look scared and intimidated. Nervous. One thing wrong happens and their confidence shoots down to hell. They panic. Does this offense desribe a promising team on the rise.

    Browns need a wake up call, and have for 14 years. What's it going to take?

    Tread water for Bridgewater.

  • I felt the exact same way but it was mostly to me the oline knowing exactly where to go and position themselves that made them look so cohesive vs the browns who look like theyre chickens with their heads cut off on offense.

    We need more screens for Trich and WHY wouldnt our best offensive player not be on the field on 4th and 2. SAME THING EVERY YEAR.

  • Totally agree. Two quarterbacks who can turn a broken pocket into an 8-yard gain. Quick decisions, incredible accuracy, cannon arms. Think both are younger than Weeden, BTW.

  • I was out downtown after the game talking to many fellow fans while we watched the SF/GB game and everybody was saying this exact thing. It looked like we were playing some low level college ball while they were playing a pro game. My friend who came up with me said it doesn't even look like they are trying. I am sure they were trying, but it did look like they were not fired up, the play calling was predictable, and soo many players played terrible.

    I am ready to give up for the season already. Other than a Steelers beat down of the Browns many years ago that I witnessed first hand. It was the WORST game I have ever seen. Very depressing to watch while the GB/SF was so much fun to watch.

  • Oh my fucking God! They aren't playing a different sport than we are. It wasn't funny the first time that faggot said it outside the stadium either, with his factory of sadness bullshit. Fuck that nonsense. Of course those other teams look more refined, they are a year or more into their systems. We are starting from scratch with new staff from top to bottom. It will take a minute to get it ironed out, chill. This staff will have the time it needs to build a contender. Quit with the knee jerk reactions. I know it's natural in Cleveland but for fucks sake, it's week one. Half the teams in the NFL are 0-1. Quit being so fucking fickle, we are going to beat the shit out of the Ravens.

    I flip the channels around a lot during the commercials. The Tennessee/Pittsburgh game was worse and so was the KC/Faguars game.

    Love your enthusiasm...it's a bit misguided at times but there's no doubt a ridiculous amount of enthusiasm and passion behind your posts.
