  • 3 yards a carry doesn't get it done. 2 carries over 20 yards.Let's be realistic this team wasn't going any where. Until you get a francise QB a RB to gain 4 yards a carry and a pro bowl type WR your not going to win in this league.

  • Dont be surprised if Josh Gordon is the next to go.Lombardi hated his

    pick from day one.Banner and Lombardi want to win with their

    people and their people only. I don't think Chud had much say so

    in this. Sure he will sport the company line but I think the decision was

    made over his head. Banner and Lombardi soothing their egos. I said

    it before, Lombardi was out of football for years with no sniff

    of a job and Haslam says :" everyone I talked to told me if you have

    a chance to hire Lombardi do it." The trade is bad enough but all you

    get is a late first rounder??? Come on man.....

  • Anyone here remember the Herschel Walker Trade ?

    Ended up having a pretty huge impact for Dallas.

    I look at this pretty much the same way, even though it's not as lucrative as that trade was.

  • Wow...we have given up on this season all ready. Thank god I don't have season tickets. I learned my lesson five years ago. I wonder how the players on this team feel about their owners now.

    Not even close, The Browns got 1 stinking low first rounder. I am not totally opposed to the

    trade but you HAVE to get more from a team that is DESPERATE for a running back.

    Rage on but there is a good chance this was a smart trade. If he goes to Indy and lights it up perhaps not. Odds are he goes there and is just average. Secondly if he lights it up I will question whether he was giving it 100% here. I will say I think we should have tried to get Bradshaw in the deal. Lets hope Mcgahee is in really good shape. He should be serviceable.
