Another controversial topic, apparently

"Can't think of more than 140 characters of things to say? Try Twitter!"
Maybe you're on to something.

She's a University of Michigan grad. The Miss America from a few years ago was too.
-
Speaking of Michigan Woody, how about squeaking out a win against Akron this Saturday?
-
She has 'man hands'. Could be a tranny. She is a University of Michigan grad after all.
-
Meh.
She's pretty. And I'm not typically attracted to the blonde barbie type, but based on achievements/interests/ hobbies, my vote was for Kansas. If it was just a "beauty" pageant, my fave would be Oklahoma:

boing!
As far as twitter goes, I'd look for a "level-headed reaction" here before I ever searched a hashtag on twitter about a potentially controversial topic. We all remember the calm response the Zimmerman verdict fetched on twitter, right?

Skin to win....

Lol
"Level headed response" from this board...

Sunday night Nina Davuluri, Miss New York, was crowned the winner the 2014 Miss America Pageant. She is the first contestant of Indian descent to be crowned Miss America.
They mean south asian indian, not native, just to clarify.
It's laughable how people are calling her an arab, 'joking' that she's a terrorist. What do we think, gang? In fairness, I'd go for Miss Kansas, on the pictures alone - something about a woman with a bow and arrow...maybe it's the geek in me

She's gorgeous and smart, what's not to like? She's got a degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences, she'll be going to medical school, too, so you can get your geek on about that too.
