Allow me to explain. Woodson (as well as Desmond Howard) are native Ohioans. Woodson from Fremont, Howard from CLEVELAND. Any native Ohioan who plays for "The Team up North" as Woody Hayes described them- is a damn traitor to Ohio State- especially if they have super talent- as Woodson did . Mr. Ohio football.
U Michigan wouldn't be shit in football if they had to limit their recruiting to north of Toledo- or stay out of Ohio.

it's true about the lions and the vikes, they just took away the whole identity of your division by building domes. if they ever touched lambeau or soldier fields it would be sacrilege.
i know we built a new stadium. but we had to. especially with the nickname attached to it.
real football is played in december in the ice and snow.
check out the matching bart starr uni's my dad bought my brother and i for xmas.......back in '69? what a front runner he was. we didn't know any better. if you look through the window to the houses in the background there was a huge open field we played football on every sunday morning. it was a group of local kids mostly older and bigger than let's say four of us who were still in middle school. well we thought we were cool wearing these helmets and unis out there and after some complaining from the other kids we played anyways...to our detriment. helmet getting ripped off, getting clothes lined. basically crying all the way home.
thank god when i was old enough to think for myself i burned those fuckers (just kidding. man imagine how much those would go on ebay for right now) and became an ohio fan especially northern ohio where i grew up in sandusky. i wonder if the nfl still sells those jr. uniforms. i doubt it cuz my brother dropped his helmet in the driveway one day and it broke like an eggshell. fucking dad. only good thing he passed on to me was his alcoholism.
so i know green bay is known for it's cheddar, but what if someone tried to wear a 'swiss cheese head' to a game? would they get lambasted?

I smell a low scoring game, 17-13 ish. I have a bad feeling about Jermichael Finley being open all day, and that commie Charles Woodson being a ball hawk.
Don't worry that much about Finley. He can drop the ball when he's wide open as well as he can when he's covered to perfection. Every once in a blue moon he has a complete game. You never know what you'll get with Finley.
Woodson got cut last year and is now a Raider. I still miss the guy!

Browns are 8th in passing yards, 7th in rushing. I would have guessed worse. Buster and Joe haden are not bad, I honestly think GB will chew us up more with running then passing. I could be way off

Man, this game . . . .
- GB has a lot of good players out last I saw
- Weeden seems to play better away than at home
- Weeden has looked better, but he still hasn't had the light come on - don't know that he ever will
- Our D was totally unimpressive last week, in fact they were putrid
- I think Norv is getting Dementia, he keeps forgetting about the run after the half - in fact, I think he's at the point where he doesn't realize there is a second half (we're 6 - 0 at the half this year)
- Sheard will be back this week, maybe Winn (not sure)
I think GB has this one, they have Aaron Rodgers, and though they won't admit it, I don't think our Team has faith in Weeden.
I'm still going to pull for Weeden and our Team, but I'm just not seeing the Chemistry

I think Haden will be on Nelson like white on rice! Not Finley.
Lacy, Franklin, and Starks have been running well. However, Franklin fumbled once in the last 2 games so he's in the doghouse, and Starks is dinged up and out *again*.

Actually, there are a few swiss cheese heads out there, and they are acceptable. There are a lot of folks with Swiss heritage in WI.

Overall our rush defense is pretty damn good. Based on how we handled AP I wouldnt worry much about Eddie Lacy! We have given up the most TDs in rushing though.
