Thank you Z- I've seen suckage in my day, and then there's SUCKAGE. how in God's Green Earth can Chud keep trotting this guy out there with a straight face and say "he give us the best chance to win"?
The guy is a more mobile rendition of Derek Anderson- on a bad day. No touch on the fastball. 3 nice bullet passes, and 30 misguided missiles.
Right now- I'd like to dump Holmgren in Puget Sound for thinking this guy could actually be a starting caliber NFL qb- when we s**t can Wee-done after the year- he's straight to out of football.

Cut the kid some slack. He's only had 22 games to bolster his "suckage". He should have been deep-sixed this time last year ala TRich in 2013. How the Browns FO and coaches maintain any shred of optimism for weeds is unfathomable. But, I am not sure there are too many options to deal with this problem child in the short term. The Browns Backers club in Mo Bay, Jamaica need to muster their Rastafarian powers and place the worst of hexes on the Walrus. To think he left town with a 40 million dollar payday for his efforts in Cleveland is absurd.
The weeden fiasco remains emblematic of his incompetence.

I just don't think the Browns are gonna give the nod to someone with no room for improvement, and I get that makes no sense if we want to win.
But I think they want this team to grow much more than they want to overachieve.

And @ 30 years of age- Wee-don't win hasn't? Gawd, that was such horrible quarterbacking, I could barely stand to watch anymore. Thank goodness for DVR- I got a nice bike ride in, and began to drink heavily before the suckage began. Wee-don't flaws are so evident- there's no fixing them. If they cut him on Monday- it would be no loss.

There are options. has too be. Campbell next weeks starter, ginger on the the pine or holding a clipboard. put hoyer on IR and pick up a scrub for a 1 year contract for starters.

Well, in essence, as they keep playing Weeden they're unquestionably killing any support for him.
In short, once he's benched, you're not going to be hearing any fans calling for him to come in over another QB.
They're definitively eliminating any case for a QB controversy in the future.

I understand where you're coming from, but Jason Campbell's job is not just waiting for Weeden to be benched or hurt, he does a lot more than that and that's what we brought him in for. -

As mobility VS DA, that may be debatable. They should give every Browns fan a pack of Depends @ every home game though.
The Browns FO and the TEAM gave Weeden a big group hug last Monday- so what does he do? Goes out and proves yet again he sucks. .
Really, Mr. Chud. if us untrained observers can see this guy is a complete turd (look like turd, smell like turd- must be turd) Can see it, you pro level coaches MUST be able to see it . No? How many mulligan bad games you going to give this bum?
