Doesn't care after throwing dumb interception. Is terribly innacurate. Worst of all has flipped the ball sideways in idiotic desperation two weeks in a row.

Kirk Cousins though is a pretty decent QB and I doubt Washington will give him up.

I don't think Kirk Cousins is at risk to be moved at all, until RG3 proves he can stay healthy and become good. Right now I feel like Washington needs a contingency plan in the (probable) case that RG3 goes down again.
