on a 4-12 team did it really happen?
Kinda like the tree falling in the woods and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?

I'd rather have no record holders or pro bowlers and make the playoffs.

Not in the NFL, but both Mac Speedie and Dante Lavelli both led the AAFC is receiving yards.
And FYI, the only Brown to lead the NFL in receptions was Mac Speedie in 1952 with 62 catches.
Paul Warfield in 1968 and Gary Collins in 1963 led the NFL in TD catches.
In yards per reception the following Browns led the league:
Quincy Morgan 2002 17.2 ypc
Pete Brewster 1957 20.3
Ray Renfro 1955 20.8
Gordon is the first Brown to lead the NFL in Yards per game.....but both Speedie and Lavelli led the AAFC
