Norv - good as gone - chance of staying, do you want him back?

New coaching for the DL, DB, ST, etc. Special teams and tackling was at high school level this year.
Weeden has one more year on contract. tough sell for the best salesman. Hoyer stays and we draft a QB at some point in draft. Where that is a different thread of many.
We keep Lewis and Baker and pick up a RB in the draft.
In FA - we need an upgrade on the OL and DB plus a draft pick. WR plus a draft pick selection. LB plus a draft pick selection. Blocking TE we need.
We need a kicker upgrade.
We currently have two punters on the roster. Not too much concern at this position. Can improve.
What dead weight on the roster do you want removed and eat the cap space on? Weeden, little etc.

Yes I want to see a top 10 defense ripped up instead of improved upon. Makes sense. I said it a few days ago, i'm feeling the 5-2!! I think we should get rid of the LB position and just have the safeties and DB's fill up the middle behind 5 down lineman. What could possibly go wrong there? Should be fine.

every single coaching change that's happned here since 99 has led to subsequent down turns in team performance. So now we want to rip up the defense and start again? inconceivably stupid.
