In theory, it has to have some affect. Although not sure what impressed the Redskins about Gruden, maybe it was the 10 points the Bengals put up in the playoffs.

Could actually be a good thing.
The Bangles haven't exactly made any strides since they started making the playoffs. Maybe some fresh twists to the basic approaches they've taken on both sides of the ball will add a spark they did not have.
