Free agents are coming.

The Saints just cleared come cap space. There will probably be alot more coming from other teams. Hope this FA will be loaded with players we can get. Bolden is rumored to be released.

Safety Harper and ILB Vilma may be interesting if they have anything left.
But note: last year the Browns FO were kids from the 60s: they didn't trust anyone over 30 and wouldn't sign anyone over that age.
Wonder if Farmer would still maintain that position?
Does Vilma have anything left? He was out all last year.

Vilma was out with injury. We can probably get him for a decent price. We can beef up the MLB position with him for depth. save a draft pick at filling a need.

Unless they're perennial Pro Bowlers, signing a 30+ player in Free Agency is rarely worth it. They're likely to want a larger contract than they'll deserve to play in Cleveland.

Agree, TC... let's continue the youth movement and build thru the draft.

Old school FA's come to Cleveland, get paid......end up in the loony bin or run down pedestrians in Miami at 5 o fuckin' clock in the morning.
