yea if he knows the guy and is willing to bring him on board. coach is willing to kinda put his name and job on the line with this guy so hes prolly a good player with good attitude and work ethic. surely new coach would not bring in a head case

And worse case he gets cut for peanuts. I'm assuming we didn't sign him to a deal worth that much or had much if anything guaranteed.

People do not give Skrine enough credit for the performance in year 2 as opposed to his rookie year. That big of an improvement is rarely seen especially in this town for a guy left for dead.
