Right. It's not supposed to change according to Haslam. Or did he not say it quite that way? I can't recall. Maybe just that it would be orange with no logo.
Too much orange. And I don't care for the numbers either. Other than that, my first thoughts are I don't hate it.

These would be the ugliest uniforms in the league. I think we have the nicest Jerseys now and I'm not sure why we want to change.

Im not big on the uniform stuff but when we were overseas the last time my roommate and I used to play some madden and I used to always change the unis to orange top and brown pants. It looked pretty sweet, so when I heard about the orange it was pretty interesting.

If the Browns came out with these uniforms, the situation would resemble the scene in Frankenstein where the villagers come out with torches and pitchforks to kill the monster. In this case, they would not be after Boris Karloff, but Jimmy Haslam.

I think that is way off. My bet is they tinker with the current unis, maybe add an alternate uni, maybe make the orange the primary, widen the pinstripes a bit, and use a flat orange instead of the shiny on the helmet (which id dig).Nah, some Arena League stuff. yeah, that's something i think we can all live with. but what you are saying right there is not a HUGE DRASTIC TREMENDOUS changing of the uniform as reported by some.

why would they want to make orange the primary, other than Haslam's ties to the Vols? I hope he's reviewed the Bengals ORANGE look

Get the helmet to what it is now, change those Atari numbers and get rid of the grey socks and it would be decent.

I'm actually a big fan of the thick stripe look on the helmet, I believe I posted something last year about it.
I'll see if I can dredge it up.

I don't think anyone is advocating adding tael or fuschia.
I, too, want what you described. I want the overall look of the jerseys to stay the same, but modernized. I don't think we need any sort of drastic changes whatsoever. I believe that a jersey similar to Seattle's would be nice, with the orange used as an accent color on larger, more modern numbers.
I think changing the helmet stripe minimally would go a long way. I'd personally like to see them emulate what OSU has done, widening the middle stripe, making the middle stripe metallic while the outside stripes are matte.
We do not need a logo on the helmet. Our helmet stripe IS the logo. It's the focal point of the helmet and is easily recognizable. Accentuating that is all we need.

Eh better not to speculate. I like that mockup minus the numbers and orange on orange. But it's not worth guessing IMO. Let's just win with the old style this year.
