    Unless, of course, the standards are lowered to allow more women to pass. That's what we've seen with minorities in larger cities fire fighting and police organizations.

    As the son of one a female physician I can confirm that. My mom was chief of staff at a hospital and some males that reported to her had bigger salaries. It probably isn't solely gender, but probably also supply/demand of the specialties.

  • Economist Thomas Sowell explains nicely the misconception that women get paid less.

    The fact that labor statistics list "single men" and "single women" does not account for those women who chose to stay at home to care for their children...entering the workforce at a much later age, therefore would naturally earn less than their male counterparts who have been working all along.

    Every libtard should be made to watch all of Dr. Sowells videos before he or she be allowed to engage in discussion over economics.

    Standards in the military are lower then for men on the Physical Fitness Test.
