Then he puts on a sign that says "HELP the POOR" (no one bothers to help him)
I hate both parties but this is that left wing Liberal bullshit. They are constantly the voice of reason for the poor would never actually go out and help them in real life because then they would be personally inconvenienced. When it comes time for people to back their words up of course they tuck their tail in between their legs and run off.

I don't give money to people unless it seems really compelling, but I do give food. There is a exit I take frequently and it almost always has a few with signs....stranded, hungry.....you've seen them. They need money for food.
A few exits up is a McDonalds. On more than a few occasions I have stopped, ordered a couple of McDoubles, a $1 fry, and a carton of milk. When I exit at my exit, I stop and they come rushing to the car and I hand them the food.
More times than not I get the feeling the food isn't what they wanted.
Try it sometime and see what you think.

I was accosted by a bum in Short North once. Said he was hongry so we offered to go across the street and buy him some food. He of course refused us insisting that the only thing he could eat was White Castle across town.
