They are definitely Hall of Famers in front of the Hall of Fame. How they got THAT many of them together at one time is the big question to me. I'm guessing the 50th Anniversary.

Pro Football HOF......and I believe those seated in the front row are the Class of 2013. This would have been taken this past summer around the induction ceremonies in front of the building.
