-
Tim Ryan and Pat Kirwan of Sirius NFL Radio said that they are hearing rumblings that Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau could be retiring after the super bowl.

Knowing our luck, Romeo would go there and flourish.

Lol romeo has to have someone doing everything for him like billybee did in order to flourish...but it wouldnt suprize me if he became a successful HC afterall its about the front office and having an expected structure to follow to success..something that hopefully the mankok team can bring us...

As far as dick lebeau retiring or not it doesnt really matter to us the rooneys have a solid system and a firm grip on their game they could even make romeo the next highly successful DC or some punk linebacker coach an instant success..the stoolers have a great system like it or not the rooneys have been in and mastered this game for so long they almost cant fail anymore...

If that was the case, why did he have success as CLE D-Coordinator in 2000? He got production out of Brown, and doubled the teams turn over numbers. Sure, BB had a lot more to do with NE defense while RAC was there, but the one year on his own as a D-coordinator, he had success (while running a 4-3 at that).
