Browns Gear
-
you might find JF gear but that's it. no gilbert, or haden or thomas stuff. bear in mind they only take on stock that they know they can sell.
hmmm, let's see.... a kid who is now the biggest celeb in the NFL played college in texas and our store is in texas......
you could probably sell JF gear in downtown pittspuke.

This kid better fucking play good.

He will.
He may not be a all-star right out of the gate, but I have no doubt that Johnny Football will be they type of QB we can stick with for a long time.
I feel precisely the same way 'peen. And I have yet to feel that way about a QB we have drafted since Couch.
I think it comes down purely to intangibles that he possesses. He is competitive as they get, cocky to the point that failure would be devastating to him, and driven to do for Cleveland what he did for A&M.
The only thing I see stopping him from eventually becoming a high quality starting quarterback is injury. Hopefully he hits the weight room hard and puts on a few pounds of solid muscle to take the punishment he will surely receive from our AFCN brethren.
GO BROWNS!

$100 is a normal price for a popular replica jersey.
I think I paid just about that for my Braylon jersey when he was drafted.

My son lives in Buffalo, New York and when I would go visit him everybody wants to talk about JFF. As soon as they see that Aggie hat they light up. What surprised me is that it was all over the country. I knew Manziel was popular but had no idea it was anything like that.

I agree as well. I get so tired of hearing about "measurables" as the end all, be all. How many of those types have we seen fail? As you stated, it is the "intangibles" that set Johnny apart as a playmaker & leader. He is indeed a Field General.

Exactly. I have lived in TX my whole life and have a Browns fan my whole life. I can never find anything in stores but Dallas and Shitsburgh gear. Now this guy gets drafted and it's everywhere. But can I get a cup? A hat? Some browns condoms? Anyone else's jersey? Noyou might find JF gear but that's it. no gilbert, or haden or thomas stuff. bear in mind they only take on stock that they know they can sell.

I was in Academy (sporting goods chain located in Texas) today and they had the first Browns gear I have ever seen in my life. It is right at the front door and they are selling like hot cakes. A Football Johnny white T shirt is almost 40.00. A Browns number 2 jersey is 100.00.
Those prices are higher than pussy on a ferris wheel.
Those prices are higher than pussy on a ferris wheel.
I am wondering several things: Is pussy often sold on ferris wheels? How much experience do you have in making such purchases?
What IS the going rate for that commodity? How much of a variance in cost is it depending on the height and location of the ferris wheel...such as, does it cost more at say a State fair than at just a local roving carnival? Is that commodity available on other amusement park rides like the roller coaster, Tilt-aWhirl, Merry Go Round, Bumper cars etc. Is this just a local Texas practice or can it be purchased on well known Ferris Wheels such as the one at the Navy Pier in Chicago, or the London Eye?
What do they do about the family's that often like to ride the ferris wheel....or is the pussy served only after hours?
See, there is a lot to contemplate here.

lol.
it's amazing you can go through life and never hear some of these sayings. i guess a lot of these quips are regional and never make it national.
and some never make it out of the carnie game (until now).

I have heard some people say higher than giraffe pussy which is pretty damn high off of the ground.

one interesting cat mr. hot dog mike.
pretty amazing the difference 2,000 miles can make in a person's life experience when we all really live under the same roof.
