No. Van Brocklin was the QBs of the Eagles when they won in 1960, plus he was on the Rams team that won in 1951. (But he did not start....Waterfield did...or else his name would have been in with the guy in question 6 that has not been named). This other guy started for the Eagles in 1948 and 1949 when they won. "Van" is not part of his name....just his RBs name.

Otto Graham was the QB of 7 Champions, more than anyone else ever.
2. Which QB started in the most consecutive Pro Football Championship games. 1920-current?
Otto Graham started in 10 consecutive Pro Football Championship games. And FYI, if the question was only limited to "NFL Championship games", he would still be the right answer having started in 6 consecutive NFL championship games.
3. Which QBs have started the most Super Bowl games 1966-current?
Tom Brady and John Elway have started 5 each. Brady is 3-2, Elway 2-3.
4. Which QBs have won the most Super Bowl games?
Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw have each won 4. And both is 4-0 in those games.
5. Who are the only QBs to have won a Super Bowl Championship and a Non Super Bowl Pro Football Championship?
Bart Starr won 3 NFL Championship games, 1961/62/65 plus the Super Bowls 1 and 2 (I understand it is now OK to use Arabic numbers)
Johnny Unitas won NFL titles games in 1958 and 1959 plus the 1970 Super Bowl game for the Colts.
Len Dawson won the AFL title game for the Dallas Texans....plus the 1969 Super Bowl game for the same franchise which became known as the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jim Kelly is the only QB to start and lose 4. Brady/Elway/Tarkenton have lost 3.
7. Name the only QB in history to win a Championship Game for two different teams.
Tobin Rote. Starting QB for NFL champions Detroit Lions in 1957. Starting QB for AFL Champion San Diego Chargers in 1963.
(Kurt Warner and Peyton Manning had chances to match but failed. There may have been a couple of others pre Super Bowl.
