I knew someone was gonna say this even as I was facepalming during the whole first half. Even if Hoyer hadn't brought us back in the 2nd half this is still a woefully inept statement to be making 1 game into the season. We were down 17 points before people were getting up to take their first piss. Todays loss is simply not on Hoyer. Had our defense started out the way they did in the 2nd half...we would have killed this game
