Love the win, but D was giving up tons there fo ra while.

Next week the Ravens, maybe we'll have some more players back from injury.

Gilbert wasn't a highlight for bad play this week, that's good progress - hope he keeps it up.

Good Run game, not as good as last week, but still good.

A few head scratcher play calls, but we won

This is big....really big....broke a 12 year streak....beat a great team.....and both the O and the D came up big in the end....

the curse has been lifted! thank God. The browns are finally back. In the end, you lost, Modell. And our new Browns will eventually punish Flacco and his homies. Our time now begins. I have waited patiently since the mid to early eighties. What a great joy for this city to have a St. Ignatius Cleveland native to bring back home our team from Baltimore. I actually think the O was better than the D this week.

Don't forget, the Offense is still learning and gelling.

Hoyer was 24/40 for 204 and a QBR of 81.7 - respectable for this point in things.

The second they missed that extra point I said to the people at bar (only browns fan there haha) that we're either going to lose by a point or win on a last second field goal. Man, this is a season setting win.

Before the kick-off I was wondering if the real Browns were those of the first half vs the Steelers or those of the second half. Now I think we know the answer, don't we?

a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. We were very frequently competitive, but never seemed to get the break. Today we played great, got the break, and showed heart and mental toughness at the end. What a mental boost for these players. I wouldn't want to play these hungry beasts next week!

D was pretty solid. 24 points against the high-powered Saints is pretty good. Not to mention a late drive-killing sack to take them out of FG range.

Offense was shaky again, but as long as they keep pounding the ball with West/Crowell, we'll be alright. Hoyer is a good game-manager and if we keep it moving on the ground he'll have his chances to convert the big first-downs. This offense isn't going to be flashy (without Gordon) but they can sustain drives.

Special teams was very solid, other than the botched PAT of course.
