OK gft, since you didn't want a Browns/Steelers debate on a Steelers thread, tell us all about that SA vs. NZ rivalry. Is it the best going in the Rugby world, or is there like a Euro rivalry you would want to promote over it. Or maybe NZ vs. Fiji or Samoa?
It started as an 'FYI, these guys are out for at least a while' and it ends up with specifically you and one of our resident steeler fans going on and on and on and on and descend pretty quickly in to personal attacks rather than actually talking about the issue at hand - how will their LB corps cope without Jones/Shazier? Will Harrison make up for any of that loss? How about the already-suspect secondary without Ike?
Anyway, no, Fiji and Samoa don't have a full team worth a damn, so there's no real rivalry there. They're lethal in 7s, but in the full game, not so much. European rivalries are big, but not probably as big as AUS/NZ, I think. England and whichever other british team is doing well at the time is usually the rivalry. It's obviously got historical implications, but England/Scotland isn't that big, because Scotland haven't been good for a long time. France are just a level below, and Italy a level below them, so there's no rivalry there, really.

FYI, these are not personal shots....that was just Vag being a Vag.....he gets shit wrong, and I correct him. On the very rare occasion I get something wrong....and he acts like it is the crime of the century.....you know like where I though Cam Newton played a little bit less than he actually did. OK, he played about a quarter more than I thought he did. So fucking sue me.

Tell us the board vagitron, I want to spend hours typing and argueing with Steeler fans about a game I dont directly impact or even have the slightest ounce of relevance toward when the actual product is finished. I'm just a fan, and like to be entertained by the sport, but I also want to argue about my team with complete invincilbility and ignorance. Anyone that calls me out, I will have flame war with on any thread topic, and I will ruin that thread with my endless biased banter about my team.
And I will not leave. I will only be absent for a week or so when my team gets dominated 26-6 -
