Adam and Eve - Dancing with the Stars, Sadie and Mark

Woody, but it is true. I mean, the show has so many stories they show, that
obviously aren't all real-time, but are re-enacted events that actually happened.
That comes from a gas station clerk, and the night desk lady at the counter of the
hotel we stayed in, at West Monroe.
"Uncle Si" really did ride a scooter down the road in a silly beef with Willie for fun.
To a minor degree, your point has merit abou not being all true, but it's based on the truth
about the Robertsons. I tell ya, guys, when you read some of their books - it's really amazing
how much serious truth you get, along with the humor.
Si really is a veteran of the army. Phil really was a bad guy when he was younger. Really did kick
his Wife and kids out the door because he was tired of the responsibility. Si and Phil grew up
dirt poor.
And Phil and "Miss Kay" and 2 or 3 or their boys went through some very hard times. At one
point of their lives, as a boy, Jas took care of Willie when he was badly hurt.
Say, I've said this again - if anyone is at a loss for Christmas presents for somebody...their books are
are very, very open and honest about their struggles earlier on in life. I believe that Willie, (CEO),
and Jas are also ordained ministers, and worked as youth counselors at a church camp. They weren't
rich back in the day, at all.
Anyways, Sadie's school didn't allow the dancing...to watch her on the show is so much fun. Outside of Alfonso
Ribeiro, ("Carlton" on the old "Fresh Prince of Belaire" show), too, we would never have started watching "Dancing".

I can't bring myself to give a crap about these people but I am glad that they bring joy to someone.

They're characters. They are built to their demo. It's reality television. What gets them views? Their redneck personas and Christian faith. So what do you do? Play that up. The base of it is probably true, but it was built up for TV.

I need to develop a TV show. The formula seems pretty simple.

But if you think they are only actors, forget it and move on. It is really not true.
Their entire histories are on display in their books.
People always said the same thing when I asked about them, in West Munroe -
the Robertsons are very, very real people, and have been always
exactly like you seem them on TV, they are actually genuine in
every day live, always have been.
And I do think anybody would have fun reading their books. Phil was
a heavy drinker, rented and ran a rough bar. One night, the owners/renters
got in an argument over him about raising his rent. It ended up a bad brawl,
where Phil threw both of them over the bar, and took off before the police showed up.
He hid out in the woods for weeks, on his own, until his Wife paid them back all the money
he had ever made in the bar, and dropped the charges. That's after they were kicked out, I think.
Miss Kay had to live on her own, worked at a warehouse company... the owners' daughter,
ended up being Korie, a couple of decades later - Willie's Wife.
Now, that's real, and he talks about himself with these stories in his book, as well as does
Miss Kay.
No show is for everybody. But the show isn't a bunch of actors portraying roles.

Anyways, what about the Adam and Eve dance?
I don't know anything about dance at all, but I know what I think it fun to watch.
This was. I'd be interested in hearing Steve's opinion on it - since he's quite
the dancer, I believe.............@@

Reality TV is dying though... So you better hurry up

BTW, Sadie had initial reservations about Mark having to put his hand
on her butt in the dance.
