I have to admit it, I LOVE Skyline chili. Man you get that on some dogs and pile on the onions and shredded habenero cheese they have and damnnnnnnnnnn , good stuff

I tried Skyline back in the late 90's when I heard it was all the rage. I can't recall what I thought of it at the time, but if it was forgettable it must not have been good.

I've had some really good chilli at many places under many different recipes. The time I had skyline, I thought it was just middle of the road, average chilli, maybe it wasn't what they usually serve up. I could pick many other places and get better chilli.

Dumping it over spaghetti and adding 1lb of cheese doesn't make something specially awesome, it makes spaghetti with average chilli and a lb of cheese.

You all can go to hell, I'll always root against those Bengal bastards but i absolutely love some Skyline chili. I swear I could eat cans of that stuff.

I will say a nice hot 3 way with hot sauce and crackers is devine. I feel a lot of ppl are hating on skyline right now? I certainly would agree there is better chili existing
