Hoyer needs to calm down and get his head in the game. He's probably playing scared after the Texans game knowing that people are clamouring for JFF.

There's no way the Browns should be losing this game right now. Can't convert on two turnovers WELL into Atlanta territory. Refuse to call a TO with 45 seconds left in the half, which leads to two cracks at a fantasy 60-yard field goal attempt for Billy Cundiff. Atlanta converts on their only turnover in the half on their half of the field.
Awful start.

Now Hoyer seems to have found his rhythm, let's see how the second half goes. No way Weeden or Campbell could make plays like that.
