OMG! Too funny. I want one already. I couldn't believe my eyes it was like the defense suddenly was in slow motion.Hope the ride him into the playoffs. This guy is gonna have a helluva career in Cleveland. Man o man what a game. I was so excited cuz I live in Tampa and CBS showed the game!!!

F^*ck The Ravens! We Got Crow!

  • He's a beast, let's just hope he keeps holding on to the ball, and he stays away from the guns. Hopefully him and gordon don't go thugging it up in Lorain.

  • Crow is looking really good. Really really good.

And I like the tandem back plan, over having a feature back. A nice 1-2 punch ala Mack and Byner.

I think these 2 backs will solve the run game issues for years to come. FEED THE CROW, THEN GO WEST!

  • Was it just me saw the fumble at the beginning of the game that Agnew recovered?

That was West but yeah I saw it too.

They're definitely best as a tandem, we need to stop wanting one to be the main man.

  • Was it West? Oh, my bad. It came right after one of them got eaten by the turf monster for a 3 yard loss. Real face-palm moment. But from then on, nothing but good things.

  • Crow has lost 1 fumble this year and had an exchange issue with Hoyer on another play.....lets not label him a fumbler.

  • The dude is amazing. He should've had 30 carries today.

We don't need to go crazy. In todays NFL they try to pace backs a bit. I think everybody sees he is the man and in time I would expect to see him getting the ball 20-25 times per game.

    Let's not forget about West...

I am not. That is why I said 20-25 carries. West will still get work. I'd still expect him to get around 25% of the load

He's had three fumbles, two lost, so far this year? Not a complaint, just a stat observation. Feed the Crow. 🙂

More than that my friend. And if he didn't have issues with fumbling then he wouldnt have been riding the pine for a couple weeks.

Clearly the coaching staff saw it at one point as well.

And Pettine made it clear when Crowell wasn't playing earlier in the year that it wasn't just the in game fumbles, it was an issue during practice as well.

Crowell sealed it today for being the #1. West's job from here on out is to take the load off Crowell when he slows down. West is solid and I'd be happy with him as the starter if Crow wasn't on the team. That TD run from Crow was amazing, i haven't seen a dude see the field like that since Barry fucking Sanders. That was all Crow. Alot of runs you can say the O line blocked well on that one...but on the TD run the lead blocker whiffed badly and Crow was gonna run right into a tackler if he stayed in that gap. The cut to the outside was amazing enough, butt then the cut back across the field was simply something we haven't seen in Cleveland since maybe the old days of Jim Brown. I don't want West going anywhere mind you, I love that guy....he should start a couple games a year. But the main back should be Crowell now..no question. He gets the ball and is at his top speed by the time he hits the LOS, that's just god given right there.

Don't you think this guy is the next Arian Foster Or Lynch. Or better. He looked like he could run all day! Undrafted and all ours! And yes, West will relieve him so we finally have a running game that's awesome. I'm sorry I questioned the move to cut Tate.

Yes I think he could be the way we've seen him run. Explosive, great vision. Had it not been for a handgun with a scratched off serial number and some drug tests he probably would have been drafted 😛

    Yes, that's right.

  • Terrance west looked decent and ran the ball hard yesterday too.. They each had a good amount of carries

  • Yeah...ok....the one was a bad exchange with Hoyer, but we can say it was his fault if you want. The other can be chalked up to poor ball handling on his part, coupled with a well timed strip play by Cushing.

So, yeah, ok 2 fumbles lost.....but I still dont see a fumbler as much as I see a couple isolated and correctable situations....

  • Well maybe Crowell should get some real shoulder pads, maybe he won't fumble as much lol

  • Bottom line is both Crow and West are looking great so far with just the two of them, sans Tate. Granted Atlanta's ranked 24th for rush defense, but they looked good even when Tate was still here.

  • Isaiah Crowell is clearly better than Tate or West. This guy should be another Marshawn Lynch. Look how he bursts through the defense for gains of six or more. Feed him the ball and we will win games.

I don't know if Crowell is that much better than West.

What I am hoping for these guys is that they reproduce....in an updated sense, the Mack/Byner type combination. A complimentary duo each with their own talents and capabilities, but both quite good.
