This might be good for Manziel. Imagine if he came in and lit it up right away? Look at RG3. He came in, was great and was given the key to the city. Look at him now, complete mess. Look at Kap, he looks horrible after looking so great last season. Might be good for Manziel to shit down his leg these final games. Realize that he has to stop the parting, mature and work his ass off in the off season.

I don't see a scenario where absolute suckage is a good thing for Johnny.

That happens and we won't have to worry about Johnny as our QB next year.

Lmao. If must be mid-week, because my anger is turning to laughter. By Friday I will have elfboy routing DA and the Panthers in a shootout.

I agree with you but we appear to be in the minority. At the very least if he pulls two more like the one we just saw and he will have competition for the starting gig from a FA and a draft pick.

  • Johnny Football....I really feel bad for this kid. I've never in my life, seen the national media, pile on, and make a joke of any other particular athlete, for having a bad game. This could easily be his demise, before he ever gets started. I haven't been a big supporter of Manziel's, but would love to see him succeed. How the hell is it that there are so many of you idiots who say you're Browns fans, but are happy about the way JF played?? It will be a miracle if this kid can recover from this stuff. If I were Pettine, I wouldn't play him again, except in a back up role....if Hoyer gets hurt. We're not going anywhere this season, and we're obviously regressing, so what's the big deal?

Attaboy... I also heard that JM did not nail the Snickers commercial in one take... and look how that turned out.

LOL... talk about being between a rock and a hard place.

  • Bad game plan. Bad coaching. Bad play by offense and defense. They're definitely not ready for prime time.

  • johnny excuse thread:

"the guys are too tall to see over. they are a lot faster, a lot bigger and a lot meaner than they were when i played in college."

"oh and btw, i think i tweaked my neck last week so....."

If we got flexed into a second primetime against the Bengals we probably would a beat them :-P.

I don't know what's with that team but the lights come on and they can't beat anybody. Usually that fires guys up.

So 60% of the country was not enough? 😉

  • To answer a couple of questions-Mike Matthews is a junior and a bit undersized @ 6'2" 290 for an NFL Center-there are other, better ones out there. However there is a younger brother still in HS and rumor has it he will be the best of the bunch barring serious injury. Given how good Jake is that will be hard to follow. Freshman Luke Matthews is a 6'3" 290 lb. OT. starting for Mo. City (Elkins) in Tx.

Ogbuehi made 1st team Walter Camp AA and is a senior-had to move him back to RT when his replacement there was injured I believe. All his experience except for a few early games has been at RG or RT his entire A&M career. Yes, I still think he could help us if he is still available by the time we pick.

PS-if we are really looking for a center (and I hope not since I sure want Mack to recover fully) we would need to find a way to steal Auburn's Reese Dismukes-great player!!

Them Mathews have the best football genes ever! They should start selling sperm.

Yeah, just imagine. I guess thats all we get to do for the moment.

Wont even comment much on the whole partying and maturity part, as we have been saying that the whole time.

And the idea that him playing bad bad football is somehow good is insane.

Johnny should sell his. He'd make millions from the fan boys on this forum alone.

If Johnny is running short on supply I think there are at least a few posters on here that could spit up extra.

Sorry, but I get angry when the Browns lose and I've been livid for three weeks with increasing intensity.

I'm disappointed when a dog pees on the carpet. I'm angry when the Browns play like pussies.

  • Jonny's in "way over his head".

    GO BROWNS !

  • I just hope johnny eats a snickers before the game on Sunday

Johnny will be great. Browns will be great. It's one start. Not the end of the world.

Yep, and there WILL be peace in the Middle East. And pigs WILL someday fly. And I WILL hit the lottery and all my dreams WILL come true.

  • Well since the Browns have given up on Johnny already I guess it's time to supply another future QB to "save" the Browns. Kyler Murray will be playing for his 3rd straight Highest Division (6A) championship tomorrow evening in Jerryworld. He has been the starting QB every game since he started as a soph and has never lost one single game. They were talking last night that if he wins that game he will likely go down as the greatest player ever in Texas HS football history. And all 3 before he is even 17 1/2 years old (first one at 15 1/2).

Maybe the Browns can sign him out of HS and use those college years to "develop" him. That would include growing him to 6'5" 235 lbs. from his current 5'10" 180 lbs. 😁 😄

That lighten up your Friday for you Z? 😆
