Keep Hoyer, but give him a realistic contract, which I think he will accept. Keep JFF in case there is an NFL QB hiding in that body. Draft other needs such as OL/DL/WR.

I'd go back to starting the players that give us the best chance to win. 8-8 and a win in the final game will make a huge difference over 7-9 and losing the last 5. At QB, that player is not Manziel.
