    Have you ever done any interviewing and hiring? These guys are highly prepped in advance. There are a lot of folks that interview VERY well but can't or won't execute in many roles. Manziel for example sounded humble and ready to grow up. According to him it was now all about football. Distinguishing the reality from the bullshit is tough. Did it ever occur to you that the ones who really need fired are the self entitled worthless bitches like Manziel, Gilbert and Gordon? These are the pieces of suit that make me want to puke.

But there is no denying that Gilbert and Manziel in the first round was a huge mistake. For a team that wants to "win now" it made no sense passing on wide receivers and pass rushers.

    So it's next year again. And when you've been saying this for two different centuries you lose patience. I'm a football fan. A Browns fan.

    I just want a decent team before I kick the bucket.

    Do you ever notice anything other than 1st round picks? You do know there are 7 rounds, and nearly 3 times as many rookies every year signed as UDFAs, right?

    Anyway... Gilbert seems like he's cut form the same cloth as Manziel and Gordon. Another problem that needs fixed...

  • I love being a Browns fan. It is so awesome cheering for the same shit team year in and year out. Nothing says I'm the best like calling people with common sense whining little bitches. This franchise is in Cleveland so no matter what I cheer loud and proud, did I mention they are in Cleveland?

    it would be hard to imagine that this organization from the owner to the towel boy thought they were going to 'win now' with a first year coach and a half a cripple QB. teams that 'win now' build their teams somehow correct? it's not just a chia pet were you sprinkle water on it and the next day you're super bowl champs. did NE and belichick draft these fancy dancy WRs and these big name top 5 draft picks that you fuckers are so enthralled by?

    I pull for the Colts unless their paths cross the Browns in some way. But it's not a die hard root like it is for the Browns. The Browns are #1 and than there's a distant 2nd, which is the Colts. No 3rd for me, I won't let the NFL take up any more of my space. Too many fantasy league degenerates these days have to follow all 32 teams practically. Some people just need to hit the gym.
