So, Bucs and Titans are locked in....it is just yet undecided who will have #1 and who would have #2.

The Bucs are locked at #1 unless they win... And even if the Bucs beat the Saints and Tenn Loses, they can be slotted no worse than #2..

I've been in the Tampa area since the beginning so I'll have to take slight exception with this article

To be a good QB in this league, it requires more than physical skills. The mental aspect is always overlooked.

I just don't see Lovie selecting a QB with the #1 overall.. It's a bad yr to have the #1 because there is no consensus #1.. I'd rather they traded out and picked up draft picks..
